Jake Rothshchild of Jake’s Ice Cream picked up on that and has graciously proposed a Team Hidi Ice Cream Flavor Contest.
We are taking submissions for an absolutely inspired flavor! Email your ideas to: INFO@JAKESICECREAM.COM to suggest a flavor that Ryan and Jen might like to have for their “signature” Team Hidi flavor…they will weigh in on all the submissions received and decide on their perfect flavor by 1/22.
On the evening of 1/27, at the Team Hidi fundraiser, Jake will be on hand to serve guests a taste of the original creation! Additionally, local chefs will feature the Team Hidi-Scream flavor on their menus throughout the spring to continue raising awareness and maintaining the fight.

concept is to make EVOO base with hint of rosewater and fold in lots of sweet & crunchy baklawa chunks into it.

I am dreaming of the flavors mentioned but I think a coffee ice cream, with dark chocolate swirl and toasted (and possibly candied) pecans would be a super flavor. Of course since we are in the south, you might need to add bacon to it.

“Hazelnut-butter”, prosciutto brittle with salted caramel swirl. Boom!
Salted Caramel with spiced run or blood orange and fresh mint or Chocolate with candid chocolate oranges or Chocolate with candied Bacon

Muddy days Pistachio Mint – stick with the green theme!
Fire roasted marshmallow, dark chocolate, peanut butter s’more!
